Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Clover Repair LLC (“Clover Repair,” “we,” “us”). By requesting or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Clover Repair provides general handyman services, repairs, and installations.

We do not offer licensed plumbing, electrical, or other trade-restricted services.
We do not provide emergency services.

3. Estimates & Work Authorization

  • Estimates are free and non-binding until work begins.

  • Written estimates or work orders form the basis of all services.

  • Authorization to proceed may be given in writing, electronically, or verbally.

  • Actual costs may vary depending on site conditions, materials, or additional work requested.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cash

  • Card

  • Check

  • Wise

​We do not offer payment plans or delayed payment terms.

6. Materials

Materials may be supplied by Clover Repair or by the customer.

Clover Repair is not responsible for defects, delays, or failures of customer-supplied materials.

Any warranties on materials are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

7. Warranty & Workmanship

Clover Repair stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or issues caused by materials not supplied by Clover Repair.

8. Limitation of Liability

​To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Clover Repair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

9. Website Information

Information on this website is provided for general purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract.​

10. Governing Law

​These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
