Why Clover Repair
Clover Repair is rooted in who we are.
Our last name is Kleemann - literally “Klee-man” in German.
Clover is the English word for Klee, and the name felt like a natural way to carry a piece of our background into something new.
It reflects our German roots: precision, reliability, and doing things the right way - without shortcuts.
We both grew up in Berlin and spent most of our lives there before moving to a small village in Brandenburg.
That shift shaped how we work today: more hands-on, more practical, and focused on quality over speed.
Choosing Texas - and Wylie specifically - was a conscious decision. It’s a place we know well, feel connected to, and where our straightforward, solution-driven way of working fits naturally.

Robert (Robby) Kleemann

Robby is the heart of Clover Repair and the one you’ll see on-site.
He started his journey in the trades at a young age, started his apprenticeship as a glazier at just 16. Over the years, his passion for hands-on work never faded - from fully renovating apartments to building additions, pergolas,
and outdoor structures largely on his own.
What sets Robby apart is his precision and work ethic. He works cleanly, reliably, and with a strong attention to detail - the kind of craftsmanship people often associate with “German standards.” Being on time, well-prepared,
and solution-focused is second nature to him.
For Robby, the goal is simple: deliver solid, well-executed work and leave every customer confident they made the right choice. He takes pride in finding practical solutions and making sure each project is completed to the highest possible standard.
Laura Kleemann
Operations · Back Office
Behind the scenes, Laura keeps everything running smoothly.
She handles all organizational aspects of Clover Repair - from customer communication and scheduling to marketing,
systems, and the website.
With nearly a decade of experience as a business owner herself, Laura brings a strong focus on structure, transparency, and professional customer service. Having run a retail business in the past, she understands how important clear communication and reliability are from a customer’s perspective.
What matters most to her is building long-term relationships.
Clover Repair isn’t about rushing through as many jobs as possible - it’s about being a dependable point of contact, even for smaller projects, and creating trust that lasts beyond a single appointment.
In short: Laura makes sure everything behind the scenes is organized, clear, and efficient - so Robby can focus
on doing what he does best on-site.
